Short walk from the lake and public transport. The room was quite clean and had modern amenities. The noise from the nearby traffic made it a bit difficult to sleep at times.

Everything is great here, had a REALLY NICE stay for an extra night at the end of our trip. Make sure to get triple room with air conditioning, bathroom, for instance. Extremely friendly, really courteous staff, thanks a lot for treating us so well.

The location was great, providing easy access to attractions and the beautiful lake. The clean, recently renovated bathroom was a highlight, along with the friendly reception staff who seemed genuinely attentive to guest feedback. The noise levels were quite high . The small room size felt a bit cramped for prolonged stays.

location very close to the lake and the train station, large grocery store, and the river and the lion monument. a great selection of nice food. had excellent service.

The whole experience was very nice. Everything was great from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and updated room. Location: the hotel was very close to center of Luzern and main attractions and the lake of Luzern, the pedestrian area and also the Dying Lion park. Before bed I went to California for a nightcap, it's walking distance from the venue. The service was attentive with parking nearby.

The location is unbeatable-just a short walk to the lake and old town 🌟 the noise from the street was quite distracting at night. A pleasant stay!

Staff, location

No tissues, small single beds, poor breakfast. We have to come back to the hotel to give back the parking ticket.

WIFI was a touch complicated for an OAP.

The location was killer, just a short stroll to the lake! The room was pint-sized but super clean with recently updated amenities. Enjoyed the bathroom layout, it was sleek and modern. Was like I was in a cozy little nest while still having all I needed right there!

1. really small room, small and uncomfortable bed. 2. outside is very noise in the earlly morning. 3. wifi is not free, 5 CHF has to be paied for only one account. 4. parking is in the underground parking of a shopping center, a little bit more expensive than other places, and not very convenient.

The restaurant attached to hotel, the food was good.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

The location was ideal, a short walk to the lake. The bathroom sink felt cramped and lacked essentials like a kettle. Consider bringing your own tea supplies for added comfort.

they do not have a parking fee was charged 30.- chf for a ticket to a car park . The ticket was damaged and I had to pay other 70.- to the parking garage which was an agreement with them. Scam. also the staff told us that we were not the only ones to have fallen into the scam pacheggio that day

The rooms are updated and fantastic, have feather pillows. Shared bathroom is clean.
